Ellie's love of creating delicious recipes started with cooking for friends and family with food allergies or vegetarian or vegan diets, and her current flexitarian lifestyle has introduced her to all manner of plant-based goodies.
Ellie's cooking and baking have become such a hit that she was even recruited to bake her sister's three-tier wedding cake, which included a very special portion of chocolate cake for a young guest with an egg and dairy allergy.
In her spare time, Ellie likes finding exotic and heritage fruits, vegetables and herbs to grow on her South London allotment.
