Drinking alcohol while taking fexofenadine can increase the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, and difficulty concentrating. While fexofenadine is a 'non-drowsy' antihistamine, alcohol can still enhance its sedative effects in some people.

Taking paracetamol (acetaminophen) and levocetirizine together is generally considered safe. There are no known major interactions between these two medicines. Taking aspirin (75mg to 150mg) with Xigduo (which contains dapagliflozin and metformin) can increase the risk of your blood sugar dropping too low (hypoglycaemia). It may also increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called lactic acidosis, where too much acid builds up in your blood.
