Can I take Ashwagandha and Vitamin d3 together?

Why this happens

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that primarily affects the body's stress response (cortisol), while vitamin D3 acts as a hormone to regulate calcium and immune function. They do not share the same metabolic pathways in the liver and do not interfere with each other's absorption or effects.

You can safely take these two supplements together. It is usually best to take vitamin D3 with a meal containing some fat to help your body absorb it properly. As with any supplement, stick to the recommended dosages on the packaging.
