There are no known direct interactions between CBD oil and cod liver oil. Both are generally safe to take together, though both can have a very mild blood-thinning effect at high doses.

Why this happens
CBD oil is processed by the liver, while cod liver oil is a source of vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. They do not significantly interfere with how the other is absorbed or broken down. Both substances may slightly reduce blood clotting (antiplatelet effect), but this is rarely an issue unless taken in very large quantities or with other blood-thinning medications.
