Can I take Microgram and Nalvee together?

Drug interaction guide

There is no known interaction between Microgynon (the likely intended medication for 'microgram') and Nalvee. Why this happens

Both medications are combined oral contraceptive pills. Taking both at once would double the dose of oestrogen and progestogen in your system, increasing the risk of side effects like blood clots, nausea, and breast tenderness.

Do not take these two medications together. They are both 'The Pill' and are designed to be used individually. If you have accidentally taken both, contact your GP or pharmacist for advice. If you are looking to switch from one to the other, finish your current pack before starting the new brand.
