Farfalle with Tuna and Rosemary Mushroom Sauce

This Mediterranean-inspired farfalle with tuna and rosemary mushroom sauce is a nutritious, high-protein meal that makes the most of store-cupboard staples and fresh herbs. The combination of earthy baby portobello mushrooms and salty anchovies creates a deep, savoury base that perfectly complements the flaked tuna. A splash of dry white wine adds a sophisticated acidity, lifting the heavier flavours for a balanced and satisfying finish.

Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner, this recipe uses whole-wheat pasta for an extra boost of fibre and sustained energy. It is an excellent choice for those looking for a wholesome, protein-rich dish that does not compromise on flavour. Serve it simply with a squeeze of lemon or a crisp green salad for a complete and healthy homemade feast.
