As an experienced carer working in the industry for several years, I found the need to seek semi funded and private at home care for an elderly vulnerable relative.. so I’ll get to the point this is the 3rd agency and by far the worst.. the misery of encountering this Agency and its multi level failings are staggering.. that multi-agency complaints are in situ..
The incompetent management struggles to juggle some very dubious carers!! Management also appear complicit in the dishonesty of the carers inflated and alleged visits.. a high proportion of management as well as carers proved untrustworthy, with report falsifying staff that demonstrate a lack of the basic foundations of care and empathy…specialising in no-show visits.. or the visits actually attended cut by up to 2 thirds and they are nowhere near ti being at an acceptable level of facilitating a safe and nurturing level of care.. instead of safeguarding the vulnerable they proved the polar opposite and became a safeguarding RISK.. to the point of needing to report them and get investigated.
