Overview
A UTI (urinary tract infection) is an infection in any part of the urinary system. It causes symptoms such as burning when you pee, needing to pee often, and lower stomach pain.
Treatment
UTIs are usually treated with a short course of antibiotics. Most people start feeling better within a day or two or taking them.
