Ingredients for Peanut drinking snack
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
2 serrano chillies, deseeded, finely chopped
Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
Kosher salt
225 g salted, dry-roasted skin-on Spanish peanuts
15 g finely chopped coriander
1/4 tsp chilli powder
How to make Peanut drinking snack
