  • coconut oil spray

  • 425 g chickpeas, drained, rinsed

  • 120 g unsweetened almond butter

  • 1 g baking powder

  • 1 g baking soda

  • 3 g salt

  • 60 ml maple syrup

  • 10 ml vanilla

How to make Blondie muffins
