  • 150 g plain flour

  • 75 g cocoa powder

  • 130 g brown sugar

  • 290 g caster sugar

  • 175 g unsalted butter, melted, cooled

  • 5 ml vanilla extract

  • 3 eggs

  • 125 g dark chocolate, chopped

How to make Molten chocolate chunk brownies

  1. Place the flour, cocoa powder, both sugars, butter, vanilla extract, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.

  2. Add the chocolate and stir to combine.

  3. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan 140°C).

  4. Lightly grease a 20 cm square baking tin and line it with non-stick baking paper.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared tin.

  6. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until the brownie is set and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
